WHY DO MOST OF SANIK SCHOOL STUDENT MAKE THROUGH SSB.

The thing which is most important in the mind of the Selection Board is whether they can transform that particular individual into a well built soldier at the end of their training.

In fact, every single association needs one whom they can mold into the tank within less time and with effect.

Even you can relate it to like, a person who studies for the IIT JEE exam since his 8-9th class will be far ahead to the one who would start in upcoming years.


At such schools, a daily routine is made into the students. Many incidents happen in there school life which makes them much stronger towards situations. Living the whole year with a group of your seniors and juniors, help you to learn from what seniors do to you and how must you innovate the same for your juniors training. This helps them to get into the life where you need to make decisions for the whole team, either you stand together or fall together, a responsibility on your shoulders. 

This is the same what you face at the academy but levels up but come on you also have now more mental stability and physical strength to face it.

But it also matters how much you grasp from these years of yours at the school. If a person does not stand up to the standards then he surely cant enter the academy no matter where his schooling has been, remember your gasping knowledge is more valuable then the books lying around you.

IF YOU ARE IMPROVING THEN YOU ARE COMING ONE STEP AHEAD TOWARDS SUCCESS EVERY DAY.


Though I have never been a student of a sanik school but these are what qualities I saw my friends of sanik school. You obviously need to command a regiment as a CO in your life so get your skills polished because a good leader can take his team to the next level. Listen to all as when many brain works towards a problem in a solution-oriented approach then the results are quite satisfying.

THE ART OF GROUP DISCUSSION

A platform to improve and learn from others.

Basically, a good communicative skill is always required in any sector to perform well and efficiently. A good team coordination is necessary to take out maximum juice from a limited time period.

Everyone needs a person with quality of being into the new surrounding effectively in a less time period. One can work on this skill by going into the public and listening to them and then trying to express one's individual ideas for that particular topic.

One can start this at an early age at the school level, first by not being shy, just be open once you come out of that fear then you would be easily able to express much to people in a better way where they will be willing to listen to your ideals.

 Now comes to what should one think while being into the discussion.
                                                               

                                                                  1. Be calm

                                                                  2. Be one who thinks for the team 

                                                                  3. Be one who let's all put their                                                                                      views.

                                                                                                                                       4. Never blame others for failure in past events.

Personal experience-
 When I went in for a group discussion the only thing I feared was of being washed off on the first day of arrival. I knew my team members just in time so I asked them to let all speaks. Many of them cooperated quite well but there were some trouble makers. 
At the stating saw that two of the members were ready to shoot out of there guns so as soon as they went into a starting battle I clarified to all that let's start by one not making the gentleman talk a  fish market.
I before giving my point asked all to speak by calling their chest numbers. Then I start figuring out whose ideals were on one track and whose on the another one. I found about 75% of people saying from one perspective, so I collected them and united them than the one best story I heard from a member I asked him to elaborate after taking a poll. And by doing so I was able to become a member of batch where an outcome was made within time. I was happy as I was able to maintain a good conversation by being a medium of dielectric between my capacitors. 

So it's important that one listen other and in case you find a better decision point then appreciate it because one must appreciate others and not take into the ego of his being better than you at the point.

I prefer reading books on body language as it also helps you to find people who are really taking interest in your conversation.

THE WAY YOU REACT

Improving is an endless process.

In life, we all learn and grow. The best way to learn something is to observe it from our surroundings, but a word of caution as we must think before why the other person is taking such action to a particular situation.
A complete analysis of a situation is must be required to get a better understanding that how do humans react to the same situation with a different approach than others.

Humans do have the thinking to relate all to time. It is though not incorrect to do so

but many are doing this just because others are doing the same. This approach  

must be changed as we are losing our own identity. People must think calmy that the next key is to become a wise person in life. People must try to meet new people as it will certainly help in building up your situation reaction response at certain times in life.                          

Its rightly said that often it's not in our hands to make a good decision in life, but the only thing that matters is to prove the decision correct.

We must introspect our actions of the past must work on them today and certainly we will receive its jewels in the future. 

Working on are adaptive skills help us to perform well in places where you need to communicate with people and make them work together by a particular thought that binds them all in a single wire that follows hooks law until you take care of it.

Improving is a good process, and their nothing like "my nature is this like only" one can change it if he wills to do so for a better living.

My First SSB

NDA
A motto that inspires us to join the armed forces is "Service before Self".

NDA is one of the prestigious academy to begin your thrilling life.
The first step to enter into the academy is to clear the NDA written exam which comprises of two exams.

1. MATHS

2. GAT

Now many ask me that how to study for the exam as the number of people giving the written exam is about2-2.5 Lakh.
I personally suggest doing the PATHFINDER by Arihant, that's gonna be more sufficient to get a decent good AIR.

Now let me introduce my self, my name is Albert  Sharma and I am presently 18 years old. I went for my SSB call in Agust from 21.08.19 to 25.08.19.
It was my first SSB and I got through it being AIR-222 ending up being Medical out for the particular batch.

In total of we spend about 13 days at the SSB BHOPAL.
Now I would like to give some detail of my day-wise schedule at the SSB-

In the Screening process, instead of creating a fish market I took the responsibility of my team and was fully focused on ending up the discussion with a good collective decision and I was successful in doing so.

In Phycological testing, I performed well. I gave all logical based reaction in the SRTs. I was completely original with my content.   

The same day I was called for my interview as I was chest number 2 of my batch. My interview was quite long and interesting.

The GTO part was quite up and down for me as I could not perform well in the command ask.

And then came the CONFERENCE DAY. It was the shorts of all of the rest, lasting for about 45 seconds. They just verified that was I originally the same or pretending to be one.


From our batch 13 were recommended from 20 SSB Bhopal including me.
It was a quiet moment was excitement is of the next level and my dada could not react on my accomplishment.

I learned a lot at the SSB center interacted with people of different age groups from different parts of India.
SSB does change a teen in a , man with a firm base.

though I could not get through the medical procedure, but that experience made wiser and a confident personality.

IF the end is not good then sorry it was not the end.

I am in the right with chest number (19+)
